permanent cripple....
Monday, October 10, 2005 | 9:35 AM | Allegri
So, I have a hairline fracture in my left tibia, due to a tumble involving 160 people, complete psychoses (a.k.a. homecoming rally), and a set of bleachers. And due to a pair of crutches that I had to be on, I have a shin splints in my right leg... yay! The fact that everyday I have to ascend and descend three flights of stairs to get to my room is no help, nor that we have no elevator in the Freshman housing. And the fact that hyper-flexision is the one thing that sends a shooting pain up my shin. The one item that pains me the most is that I can not do any "strenuous" activity for 2 weeks which means that I must quit tennis. I feel like cripple whom will never heal from one injury before jumping into the next.
