I was just looking through some old floppy disks recently and found a song that I wrote back in 2002, you might enjoy it... but yet agian, you might not... I cant remember what the cords were because I stole them from another song but here are the lyrics.
Lonely HoursBy Katilyn Kiehn
Verse 1Cause you’ve turned your back,
Took all of the slack,
Taken it back to you.
Chorus
In your lonely hours,
Christ empowers,
The tears that devour you.
Verse 2
You want to make your mark,
Let loose of the bark,
That holds God back from you.
Verse 3Now He’s molding you, making you,
To all that you can be,
Cause you’ve gave him back that you can be.
ChorusIn your lonely hours,
Christ empowers,
The tears that devour you.
Verse 4Now go make that mark,
Cause you’ve let loose of the bark,
That held God back from you.
Chorus 2In your lonely hours,
Christ empowered,
The tears that once devoured you.
