When this war was started its reason for going into Iraq was to get Saddam Hussein out of office, and to capture/kill Osama bin Laden. Well the troops have got Saddam in a Highly guarded military prison in Cuba, but we still have no clue about what ever happened to Osama, whether he is planning another attack or if he is wormfood, but yet the military is changing there focus from finding Osama, to scouring everything that moves to look for terrorists and potentially killing thousands of innocent Iraqi citizens along the way.

Personally I am anti-war especially in this case, I know at times it is necessary for the protection of the nation but, the U.S. is blowing this "War on Terrorism" into a a full blown Watergate scandal all over again. Along with the immense number of casualties on both sides of this fight, there has been major controversy over many of the actions that the President of the U.S. has done in the last few years. Contrary to popular belief, it is next to impossible to turn a tyrannous State into a Democracy, no matter how many more guns we have. The U.S. is just taking one tyrant out of office to place a new political leader in that wants America out of Iraq just as bad as the men that caused the reason that we went in.
